| Kody Epp was born June 22, 1981, in Colby, Kansas. He graduated from Colby High School in May of 1999. Kody has been doing professional painting since 1997. From 1997 to 1999 he worked as an assistant painter and painter at Van's Body & Frame in Colby, Kansas. In July of 1999, Kody entered the Wyoming Technical Institute and, upon graduating, received a degree in Auto Collision Repair and Refinishing. Following graduation in December of 1999, he returned to Colby and continued to work at Van's Body & Frame as Head Painter. In April of 2002, he again left Colby to become an apprentice & learn how to custom paint motorcycles at "Paint Your Wagon" in Lyons, Colorado. There, Kody learned from Dan Ballard, who is nationally known for his outstanding work. Upon completion of the aprenticeship, Kody returned to Colby and started his own business, "Kustom Kreations," where he specializes in custom painting and uses only the best quality paints for the best quality work. | |
